• Provide and operate the ElderAIssist platform for assisted living facilities and their residents' families.
• Send text message notifications to family members who have opted in, including daily wellness summaries, incident alerts, and care updates.
• Generate AI-powered wellness summaries and clinical insights for authorized family members and facility staff.
• Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and customer support needs.

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including cloud hosting (Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel), AI processing (Anthropic Claude), and messaging delivery (Twilio). These providers are bound by their own privacy and data protection obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of individuals.

4. Text Messaging Privacy

When you opt in to receive text messages from ElderAIssist (on behalf of a facility):

• Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
• Your phone number and messaging preferences are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Data Security

Access to resident care data is restricted to authorized facility staff and designated family members.
